FAQ
Who am I talking to?
I'm Tasha Gideon, an operations consultant and fractional COO for founder-led tech and professional services companies. MBA in Sustainable Business Transformation. Revenue Operations, GDPR & PII, and AI Strategy certified. 10+ years in the work. 92% referral and repeat rate.
Under my wing, clients have cut SaaS spend by 32%, grown account volume 23x, stood up new global business functions in under 90 days, and tripled company valuations. I've helped businesses get acquired, get into elite accelerators, and get out of their own way. I've also mentored and led workshops for early-stage founders through universities, incubators, accelerators, and through my own independent pro bono efforts.
I've spent my career working with companies of every size, but the businesses I keep coming back to are the studios, small consultancies, solo practitioners, and one-person operations. I built The Lowdown because these are the businesses I grew up in and around, and they have the hardest time getting operational support that actually fits. A Google search isn't going to cut it. Neither is a chatbot, or someone who's only ever operated at the enterprise level.
Every question is answered personally by me. No outsourcing, no AI chatbots.
